Together, MEBS and Safi Mover, have provided air and surface logistics services for prominent international non-governmental organizations and charities (NGOs), United Nations (UN) agencies, the US Embassy, USAID contractors and other US government contractors. Since Safi Mover and MEBS work almost exclusively with NGOs or government contractors, we are specialists in clearing and delivering duty-free cargo to remote locations. Approximately 98% of shipments delivered in Afghanistan since 2006 were cleared duty-free. We have the knowledge to handle dutiable shipments as well.
Since 2012, Mr. Safi has managed the office in Kabul, with a staff of 12 people, two vehicles and a warehouse. MEBS and Safi Mover work closely together and provide seamless service to our clients

Safi Mover has arranged transit clearances at all land border crossings into Afghanistan, except those with Iran because of restrictions with Iran trade on MEBS as a US company. However, Safi Mover can certainly arrange such transit clearances at the Iran/Afghani border. Safi Movers can clear at all airports of entry as well and has done so in Kabul, Herat, and Mazar-e-Sharif. Safi has delivered cargo to all provinces and is well experienced.
